How to change inserts

One of the most unique features of your new Multi-Shower is the changeable insert.  With traditional shower heads, cleaning can be difficult and time consuming - especially where there is limescale and bio-film build up.  Even when the external surface loooks clean, it is impossible to be sure the inner workings are free of bacterial growth.

By simply changing the insert on your Multi-Shower at a regular interval, you can be confident that your shower head is free of build-up - essentially giving you a 'new shower head' with each change.

The process for replacing these inserts is simple and shouldn't take more than a few seconds.

Multi-Shower is initially supplied with one grey insert fitted, four additional coloured inserts and a blue maintenance key.  At a regular interval, we suggest every quarter, you should change the insert.

Using the blue maintenance key, place onto the front of the insert, the grooves in the key will sit over the insert ridges.  Give a very small firm anti-clockwise twist and the insert will rise up.

Remove the old insert and place a new insert in the opening.  Again using the blue maintenance key, align the grooves and ridges, give a firm clockwise turn and lock the new insert in place.

You have now replaced the insert and can continue using your shower head.
